Terroir
The grapes come from vines grown using organic methods, with no chemical treatments and low yields. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
Whole bunches are pressed in pneumatic presses to avoid crushing. The juices are separated to optimise the quality of our wines. After static settling, the wines are fermented under temperature control and then matured on fine lees for 3 to 6 months.
The nose is light, with aromas of apricots and hazelnuts. On the palate, this Pinot Gris is supple and generous, with a certain opulence.
What to marry it with?
Try this organic Pinot Gris with seafood such as scallops or white fish.
It also goes well with white meat such as calf’s liver, kidneys and chicken with mushroom sauce. A perfect accompaniment to sheep’s milk cheeses.
