Supporting agriculture that respects nature.

Our organic wines are the fruit of an ecological approach, favouring sustainable agricultural practices and the rational management of resources. The winegrowers involved in these growing practices comply with the specifications certified by ECOCERT.

In 1999, for some of our winegrowers, going organic was the next logical step in their efforts to cultivate and select plots in order to find the best expression of the different terroirs. They initiated the approach in the winery, trying to reconcile the expression of the terroirs with environmental quality.

In 2004, the winery embarked on an organic viticulture and vinification process. Today, a third of total production is organic. Traceability is total and certified by Ecocert to guarantee that the consumer respects organic principles.

No synthetic products are used, and the entire vineyard area is planted with grass. Maintenance is carried out by turning over the soil and mowing. In this way, the flora and fauna have reclaimed the land and provide natural protection for the vines against disease. Low yields also contribute to the richness and complexity of organic wines.
