Terroir
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
Whole bunches are pressed in pneumatic presses to avoid crushing. The juices are separated to optimise the quality of our wines. After static settling, the wines are fermented under temperature control and then matured on fine lees for 3 to 6 months.
The nose is fine and fresh, with lovely fruity notes. Delicate light pink in colour, the palate is a blend of red fruit and white peach. The finish is slightly acidic, making it easy to drink and easy to enjoy.
What to marry it with?
