This Crémant is made from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, with a very low yield. This Crémant is made in the purest respect for traditional methods, with a second fermentation in the bottle, followed by 95 months’ ageing on laths. A dosage of around 4g/l at disgorgement gives it its extra-brut character.
Attractive yellow colour with a fresh nose of white flowers and peach, followed by a hint of toasted brioche. The attack is lively and thirst-quenching. This Crémant is fine and well-balanced thanks to its fine, persistent bubbles.
