Terroir
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
Whole bunches are pressed in pneumatic presses to avoid crushing. The juices are separated to optimise the quality of our wines. After static settling, the wines are fermented under temperature control and then matured on fine lees for 3 to 6 months.
Gewurztraminer is the aromatic Alsatian wine par excellence. It is well-balanced on both the nose and the palate. Powerful thanks to its spiciness (pepper and coriander), it is full and round with lovely floral notes (rose and peony). Its exotic aromas are incredible on the palate (pineapple, lychee, mango….), with a full, generous and powerful finish.
