Terroir
The grapes come from vines grown using organic methods, with no chemical treatments and low yields. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
Whole bunches are pressed in pneumatic presses to avoid crushing. The juices are separated to optimise the quality of our wines. After static settling, the wines are fermented under temperature control and then matured on fine lees for 3 to 6 months.
The nose is complex, with a blend of spices and candied fruit. On the palate, it is beautifully round and fresh, with lychee notes. The finish highlights the lightness of this organic Gewurztraminer.
What to marry it with?
A seductive wine to drink as an aperitif. It goes very well with spicy dishes such as Asian, Indian or Oriental cuisine. It also goes wonderfully well with blue-veined cheeses such as Bleu or Roquefort.
Finally, serve it with your most delicious desserts, such as chocolate cake or strawberry tart.
