Terroir
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
Whole bunches are pressed in pneumatic presses to avoid crushing. The juices are separated to optimise the quality of our wines. After static settling, the wines are fermented under temperature control and then matured on fine lees for 3 to 6 months.
The nose of this Muscat is intense and fine, with the scent of just-picked grapes. The palate is clean, fresh and aromatic, with the impression of biting into a bunch of Muscat grapes and a perfect balance of sugar, acidity and bitterness.
What to marry it with?
This Muscat goes wonderfully well with asparagus. Taste it
It can also be served as an aperitif with appetizers, olives, fresh fruit or dried fruit for a refreshing start to a meal.
Muscat d’Alsace goes well with light Asian dishes such as Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisine. It is particularly suited to dishes based on raw fish, chicken or prawns, such as sushi or spring rolls.
