Terroir
The grapes come from vines grown using organic methods, with no chemical treatments and low yields. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
Whole bunches are pressed in pneumatic presses to avoid crushing. The juices are separated to optimise the quality of our wines. After static settling, the wines are fermented under temperature control and then matured on fine lees for 3 to 6 months.
Pale yellow in colour, this wine is fresh and light, with lovely floral and white-fleshed fruit notes A dry wine with finesse on the palate and a refreshing finish.
What to marry it with?
Enjoy this organic Pinot Blanc with grilled white fish or fish in sauce. Pair it with poultry, liver terrines, preserved turnips and quiches. It goes very well with goat’s cheese.
