Terroir
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
Whole bunches are pressed in pneumatic presses to avoid crushing. The juices are separated to optimise the quality of our wines. After static settling, the wines are fermented under temperature control and then matured on fine lees for 3 to 6 months.
Slightly smoky on the nose, notes of yellow fruit, such as mirabelle plum, predominate. Generous and well-structured on the palate, it offers great complexity with a long, lingering finish.
What to marry it with?
