Terroir
Harvesting is 100% manual with a yield of 49hl/ha. The grapes are harvested only in the morning to ensure freshness. This increases aromatic concentration. The juices are separated to optimise the quality of our wines. This cuvée is vinified ‘Dry’ under temperature control at 22°C. After static settling, the wines are matured for 12 months in 6-year-old barrels, before being bottled as ‘bourgeois’ wines. A typical nugget!
Vin d’une grande richesse. Intense nose with smoky aromas so typical of the Pinot Gris grape variety. Supple, structured and long on the palate, thanks to the fine acidity inherited from its terroir.
What to marry it with?
Perfect as an aperitif, with scallops, chicken in sauce and other sweet and sour recipes
game birds and soft cheeses.
