Terroir
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
Whole bunches are pressed in pneumatic presses to avoid crushing. The juices are separated to optimise the quality of our wines. After static settling, the wines are fermented under temperature control and then matured on fine lees for 3 to 6 months.
Beautiful garnet-red colour. This Pinot Noir has aromas of red fruit (cherries, redcurrants). The tannins are round and silky. Supple and elegant on the palate, with a lovely freshness.
What to marry it with?
This wine goes very well with white and red meats. Enjoy this Pinot Noir with terrines, pies, cooked poultry, grilled meats, charcuterie or game.
It also goes well with pressed cheeses.
