Terroir
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
Whole bunches are pressed in pneumatic presses to avoid crushing. The juices are separated to optimise the quality of our wines. After static settling, the wines are fermented under temperature control and then matured on fine lees for 7 months.
This Riesling Vieilles Vignes has great aromatic intensity, with notes of grapefruit and gunflint. The palate is long and deep, with remarkable acidity thanks to the age of the vines.
What to marry it with?
This Riesling goes perfectly with trout au bleu, freshwater fish matelote, swimming crayfish or other fish or shellfish dishes.
