Terroir
The grapes come from vines grown using organic methods, with no chemical treatments and low yields. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
Whole bunches are pressed in pneumatic presses to avoid crushing. The juices are separated to optimise the quality of our wines. After static settling, the wines are fermented under temperature control and then matured on fine lees for 3 to 6 months.
The nose is fine and complex, with mineral notes. Fresh and balanced on the palate, with lime aromas. The whole is beautifully structured.
