The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
Whole bunches are pressed in pneumatic presses to avoid crushing. The juices are separated to optimise the quality of our wines. After static settling, the wines are fermented under temperature control and then matured on fine lees for 7 months.
This Sylvaner Vieilles Vignes is above all a wine for immediate pleasure, a thirst-quenching wine as we like them: refreshing, easy-drinking, but at the same time structured with persistence and personality. It has surprising notes of white peaches and mirabelle plums. The palate is structured, fresh and perfectly balanced by ripe, well-established acidity.
What to marry it with?
Enjoy this Sylvaner as an aperitif, with seafood, starters, snails, charcuterie or a prawn cocktail.
