The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
Whole bunches are pressed in pneumatic presses to avoid crushing. The juices are separated to optimise the quality of our wines. After static settling, the wines are fermented under temperature control and then matured on fine lees for 3 to 6 months.
This Sylvaner is a light, easy-drinking, dry wine. Notes of stone fruit (white peach) and pear. The palate is structured, fresh and perfectly balanced by ripe, well-established acidity.
